Job Duties
- Make cocktails and provide exceptional guest experiences
- Maintain proper and adequate set-up of the bar daily including requisitioning and stocking beer, wine, spirits, paper products, straws, stirrers, condiments and produce
- Maintain stock, cut and store fresh fruit and vegetable garnishes, juices and other perishables daily
- Greet guests courteously, promote and document drink orders, mix, garnish and present drinks using standard recipes and portion control
- Abide by all state, federal and corporate requirements pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages
- Input orders into a register at point of sale and create checks for guests to maintain accountability
- Receive cash, make change, verify charges, record all transactions and execute vouchers properly
- Lock and store all beverage, food and other equipment items, deposit cash drops and secure the bank
- Comply with attendance rules and be available to work regularly
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned
