Job Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages
  • 6 months bartending experience
  • Bartending training and certification
  • TIPS certified
  • Ability to stand continuously for 100% of scheduled time
  • Ability to lift 20-40 lbs and push carts up to 100 lbs
  • Ability to bend and kneel
  • Ability to maneuver in narrow areas
  • Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions in English
  • Must be able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing

Job Qualifications

  • Bartending training and certification
  • TIPS certified
  • Minimum 6 months bartending experience
  • Must be 21 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages
  • Able to communicate verbally and in writing in English
  • Highly organized and attentive to detail
  • Able to handle stressful and emotional customer service situations with tact and understanding
  • Ability to accurately count cash and operate cash register

Job Duties

  • Make and serve drinks to guests and cocktail servers following established guidelines, procedures and policies regarding beverage and safety controls as prescribed by company standards
  • Perform all guest contact activities in a cordial, efficient and professional manner
  • maintaining a commitment to guest satisfaction
  • Ring guest checks, collect cash and process credits and room charges in the exact manner outlined by company policies and procedures
  • Complete liquor requisitions and supply lists
  • Know and comply with state liquor laws
  • Ensure established pars are maintained
  • Perform all sidework duties according to sidework schedules
