Job Duties
- Deliver a consistently high level of customer service to each client and maintain a safe environment by identifying problem clients and having them removed
- Keep bar area and liquor room clean and organized in accordance with the companys guidelines as well as the requirements of the local health department
- Maintain an accurate cash drawer throughout the shift and be able to account for any discrepancies in the final drawer tally
- Mix all drinks based on the serving sizes as outlined in the company manual to keep drink costs at a minimum
- Develop an efficient work pace that keeps the customers at the bar and in the dining room satisfied at all times
- Assist training of new hires and promote constant growth and learning to ensure brand standards are maintained
- Maintain awareness of new bar items and cocktails
- Effectively communicate between bar and servers bussers and runners and staff and management regarding 86d items menu changes etc
- Ensure correct products are being used as specified by Beverage Director and the menu
- Ensure all items are prepared properly by bar prep
- Ensure that opening and closing duties are being completed to standard
- Build rapport with guests in order to grow our number of repeat customers
