Job Duties
- Deliver a consistently high level of customer service to each client and maintain a safe environment by identifying problem clients and having them removed
- keep bar area and liquor room clean and organized in accordance with the company's guidelines as well as the requirements of the local health department
- maintain an accurate cash drawer throughout the shift and be able to account for any discrepancies in the final drawer tally
- mix all drinks based on the serving sizes as outlined in the company manual to keep drink costs at a minimum
- develop an efficient work pace that keeps the customers at the bar and in the dining room satisfied at all times
- assist training of new hires and promote constant growth and learning to ensure brand standards are maintained
- maintain awareness of new bar items and cocktails
- effectively communicate between Bar and servers, bussers and runners, and staff and management regarding 86'd items, menu changes, etc.
- ensure correct products are being used as specified by Beverage Director and the menu
- ensure all items are prepared properly by bar prep
- ensure that opening and closing duties are being completed to standard
- build rapport with guests in order to grow our number of repeat customers
