Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum one year of bartending experience
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol
- Ability to work Friday and Saturday shifts from 5 PM to 10 PM
- Good physical stamina
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Basic proficiency in English
- Positive attitude and teamwork skills
Job Qualifications
- Previous bartending experience
- Strong customer service skills
- Knowledge of cocktails, beer, and wine
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work weekends (Friday and Saturday evenings)
- Basic math skills for handling cash and transactions
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve cocktails and beverages according to recipes and customer preferences
- Recommend beers and wines to guests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Engage with customers to provide exceptional service and enhance guest experience
- Manage cash and credit transactions accurately
- Monitor inventory and restock supplies as needed
- Adhere to all safety and health regulations
