Job Requirements

  • Meet minimum age requirement of jurisdiction
  • Hold Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit where applicable
  • Willingness to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Basic understanding of drink service and bar operations
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe and sanitary work environment
  • Effective verbal communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • Prefer 1 year of bartending experience
  • Knowledge of drink recipes and bar terminology
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
  • Familiarity with wine and drink merchandising specials
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • Craft and serve a wide variety of cocktails and beverages
  • Engage guests with friendly and attentive service
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
  • Monitor inventory levels and replenish supplies as needed
  • Follow all food and beverage safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless guest experience
  • Upsell menu items and promote specials
