Job Requirements

Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely carry up to 30 pounds
Capacity to stand for an 8 to 12-hour shift
Ability to work as part of a team with attention to detail and multitasking ability
Willingness to comply with all safety and hygiene regulations

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous bartending or customer service experience is an advantage
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Knowledge of drink recipes and bar safety practices
Ability to provide excellent customer service
Basic math skills for order accuracy

Job Duties

Welcome customers and greet them with a smile when seated
Prepare the bar including pour stations and glassware before opening, restocking limited beverages, mixes, and garnishes as needed
Suggest sales of drinks, appetizers, and desserts
Prepare all drinks to standard using the recipe, glassware, and garnish
Accurately take food and drink orders and enter them correctly into the POS system
Ensure customers are well attended to, offer refills, and remove unused items
Deliver and settle the check promptly, thank customers and invite them to return
Follow all food safety standards
