Job Requirements
- Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely carry up to 30 pounds
- Capacity to stand for an 8 to 12-hour shift
- Ability to work as part of a team with attention to detail and multitasking ability
- Willingness to comply with all safety and hygiene regulations
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous bartending or customer service experience is an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Knowledge of drink recipes and bar safety practices
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Basic math skills for order accuracy
Job Duties
- Welcome customers and greet them with a smile when seated
- Prepare the bar including pour stations and glassware before opening, restocking limited beverages, mixes, and garnishes as needed
- Suggest sales of drinks, appetizers, and desserts
- Prepare all drinks to standard using the recipe, glassware, and garnish
- Accurately take food and drink orders and enter them correctly into the POS system
- Ensure customers are well attended to, offer refills, and remove unused items
- Deliver and settle the check promptly, thank customers and invite them to return
- Follow all food safety standards
