Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous bartending experience
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Ability to work Friday and Saturday evenings from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Excellent communication skills
- Must comply with state alcohol service laws

- Knowledge of cocktail recipes and drink preparation

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of cocktails for hotel guests
- Make beer and wine recommendations based on guest preferences
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Operate bar equipment safely and efficiently
- Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed
- Comply with all health and safety regulations
