Job Requirements
- Pass company security clearance
- Ability to stand for eight hours and perform physical duties such as bending and lifting
- Ability to push or pull 60 pounds and carry 30 pounds
- Ability to see, hear, speak, and read English
- Maintain professionalism at all times
- Must be honest and trustworthy
- Flexible availability including weekends, holidays, and 24/7 on-call
- Ability to multitask and work as a team member consistently
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year experience in food and beverage position
- Experience with chain food and retail outlet preferred
- Associate's degree preferred
- Knowledge of menu items and beverage preparation
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests
- Computer literacy for property management systems
- Professional, honest, and trustworthy attitude
Job Duties
- Offer prompt and courteous service to guests
- Maintain cleanliness and guest-ready appearance of the outlet
- Prepare and consistently maintain working area and supplies
- Process guest charges and gratuities accurately
- Maintain safety and security practices and knowledge of emergency procedures
- Ensure guests receive the highest quality products and services
- Maintain liquor inventory regularly
- Keep certification from brand-approved responsible vendor training program
- Perform other assigned duties within capability
