Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a bartender or in customer service preferred
- Knowledge of bar supplies and drink preparation
- Familiarity with MICROS system or equivalent POS systems
- Ability to handle cash accurately and responsibly
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Flexibility to work nights weekends and holidays
- Formal liquor liability training within 30 days of employment

Job Duties
- Efficiently maintain bar supplies including preparation of daily requisition as necessary
- Must be completely familiar with all kinds of liquor recipes prices drinks proper glassware and garnishes
- Know drink recipes prices and types of beverages available
- Be familiar with accurate cash handling including discounting MICROS system or registers bank procedures and tip policies charging guests accurately and intake of all monies
- Anticipate guest needs respond promptly and acknowledge all guests maintaining positive guest relations
- Resolve guest complaints ensuring guest satisfaction in each interaction
- Be formally trained in liquor liability within 30 days of employment and every 2 years thereafter
