Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year experience in food and beverage position
- Ability to stand for eight hours
- Ability to push or pull 60 pounds and lift or carry 30 pounds
- Ability to bend, stretch, and reach
- Ability to see and hear
- Ability to speak and read English
- Pass appropriate security clearance as per company policy
- Display professionalism, honesty, and trustworthiness at all times
Job Qualifications
- One year experience in food and beverage position
- Experience with chain food and retail outlet preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent of GED
- Associate's degree preferred
- Computer literacy for property management system
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and associates
- Professional attitude and guest service focus
- Knowledge of alcoholic beverage preparation and menu items
- Ability to promote and sell food and beverage items
- Effective multitasking and teamwork skills
- Basic emergency procedures knowledge
Job Duties
- Offer prompt and courteous service to guests
- Maintain cleanliness and guest-ready appearance of outlet
- Prepare and consistently maintain working area and supplies
- Process guest charges and gratuities according to standards
- Maintain safety and security practices and emergency knowledge
- Ensure highest quality product and service to guests
- Maintain liquor inventory regularly
- Uphold certification from brand approved responsible vendor training program
- Perform other capable duties as assigned
