Job Requirements
- Able to lift 25+ pounds
- Able to stand on their feet for 8 hours uninterrupted
- Able to be stationary for multiple hours at a time completing repetitive tasks
- Able to move quickly throughout the restaurant
- Able to access and navigate all areas of the restaurant
- Able to work in excessive heat and cold associated with the kitchen environment
Job Qualifications
- Able to speak English
- Comfortable working with a team
- Basic math knowledge, particularly addition and subtraction
- Able to take constructive criticism
- Ability to read and follow instructions
- Good verbal communication skills
- Comfortable with technology (POS systems, printers, KDS, etc.)
- Able to multitask and prioritize on the fly
- Prior experience in a retail or restaurant job, specifically as a barback or bartender
- Knowledgeable of basic measurements (ounces, cups, etc)
- Knowledgeable of basic liquor laws in your stores jurisdiction
- Knowledgeable of alcohol pairings and tastings
- Comfortable with technology (POS systems, printers, KDS, etc.)
- Local Alcohol Handler's certification (if applicable)
- Can speak English and Spanish
Job Duties
- Service
- Greeting guests upon arrival
- Providing excellent customer service during guests dining experience, from entry to the restaurant through departure and everything in between, with a focus on the bar
- Memorize the menu at your location
- Memorize cocktail recipes for your location
- Cash handling
- Ability to complete internal health audits
