Job Requirements
- Minimum age to serve alcoholic beverages per applicable law
- Valid certification for food handling and alcohol service
- Proven experience as a bartender in a busy restaurant setting
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle bar equipment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Capable of multitasking under pressure
Job Qualifications
- Prior bartending experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant
- Certification in state, county, or local food handling and alcohol service requirements
- Minimum legal age to serve alcoholic beverages
- Strong guest service and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, energetic environment
- Knowledge of drink recipes and bar equipment operation
- Team player with a positive and competitor spirit
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests in the bar area
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests and anticipating their needs
- Ensure compliance with state, county, and local alcohol service and food handling laws
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area including setup and breakdown duties
- Handle cash and process payments accurately
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a fun and welcoming environment
- Manage multiple orders efficiently in a high-volume setting
