Job Requirements
- Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- Capacity to stand for 8 to 12-hour shifts
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Attention to detail
Job Qualifications
- Ability to work in a team with attention to detail and multitasking capacity
- Familiarity with POS systems and order accuracy
- Knowledge of standard drink recipes and garnishes
- Customer service and communication skills
- Previous bartending or related hospitality experience preferred
Job Duties
- Welcome guests and greet them with a smile when seated
- Prepare the bar including station setup, glassware, and replenish drinks, mixes, and garnishes as needed
- Suggest sales of beverages, appetizers, and desserts
- Prepare all drinks according to standard recipes, glassware, and garnishes
- Accurately take and enter food and drink orders into the POS system
- Ensure guests are well attended by offering drink refills and clearing unused items
- Deliver and settle the bill promptly, thanking guests and inviting them to return
- Follow all food safety regulations
