Job Requirements

  • Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
  • Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
  • Capacity to stand for 8 to 12-hour shifts
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Attention to detail

Job Qualifications

  • Ability to work in a team with attention to detail and multitasking capacity
  • Familiarity with POS systems and order accuracy
  • Knowledge of standard drink recipes and garnishes
  • Customer service and communication skills
  • Previous bartending or related hospitality experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Welcome guests and greet them with a smile when seated
  • Prepare the bar including station setup, glassware, and replenish drinks, mixes, and garnishes as needed
  • Suggest sales of beverages, appetizers, and desserts
  • Prepare all drinks according to standard recipes, glassware, and garnishes
  • Accurately take and enter food and drink orders into the POS system
  • Ensure guests are well attended by offering drink refills and clearing unused items
  • Deliver and settle the bill promptly, thanking guests and inviting them to return
  • Follow all food safety regulations
