- 1-2 years experience as a bartender in a high-volume environment

Job Duties
- Mix and serve traditional and established alcoholic beverage menu items
- Prepare and serve alcohol beverages by measuring pour volume according to established guidelines
- Serve alcoholic beverages responsibly by following alcohol service protocols and verifying age requirements
- Organize, maintain, and record inventory of liquor, beer, wine, and beverages
- Take food and beverage orders, provide menu recommendations, and upsell daily specials
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and Server Assistants to ensure accurate and timely delivery of orders
- Deliver professional, courteous, and efficient service to guests
- Present guests with checks, settle payments accurately and professionally
- Complete all station set-up, breakdown, and cleaning duties
- Maintain knowledge of restaurant happenings, including menu updates and operational guidelines
- Support team members to ensure high quality guest service
- Adhere to sanitation, safety and alcohol control policies
- Execute responsible alcohol service practices
- Follow safety and sanitation standards including social distancing, mask use, glove use, cleaning, and frequent handwashing
- Perform other tasks assigned by supervisors or managers
