Job Requirements

Complete a background investigation with favorable results
Meet state and legal age requirements for sale of alcoholic beverages
Complete a favorable pre-employment physical
U.S. citizen or non-U.S. national who has resided in U.S. territory for 3 or more consecutive years
Able to obtain a Food Handler's Certificate
Physically capable of frequent lifting and carrying weights up to over 40 pounds
Registered for Selective Service if male born after December 31, 1959
Provide a REAL ID or combination of identity documents for installation access
Satisfactorily complete an employment verification E-Verify check
Direct deposit required
Meet qualification and eligibility requirements
May require probationary period

Job Qualifications

Experience mixing alcoholic beverages for retail sale
Knowledge of a wide variety of beverages and ability to combine ingredients
Ability to mix exotic drinks
Skilled at recognizing intoxicated or unruly patrons and resolving issues
Follow cash handling procedures
Clear communication skills
Experience dealing with the public

Job Duties

Operate a full-service bar mixing and serving alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks to order
Deliver drinks to bar waiters or directly to patrons
Receive payments and charge members accounts
Wash glasses and bar equipment
Prepare garnishes for mixed drinks
Stock service bar or portable bar for catered functions
Manage bar receipts and inventory accountability
