Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 3 years bartending experience in an upscale, high-volume restaurant or bar
- valid California RBS certification
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs
- excellent interpersonal skills
- availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

- exceptional knowledge of cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- strong attention to detail, cleanliness, and accuracy
- must be of legal age to serve alcohol and possess a valid California RBS (Responsible Beverage Service) certification
- availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with consistency and creativity
- engage guests with genuine hospitality and provide beverage recommendations
- maintain knowledge of current cocktail trends, house recipes, beer, wine, and spirits
- ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and fully stocked before, during, and after service
- follow all recipes, portion controls, and presentation standards
- accurately handle cash, credit card transactions, and daily register reconciliation
- collaborate with servers and management to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction
- comply with all state, local, and company alcohol service laws and safety procedures
- assist in training new bar team members when needed
