Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
- effective communication skills
- ability to stand and move for up to four hours
- ability to lift up to 25 pounds safely
- willingness to wear protective hand coverings and face masks
- ability to frequently wash hands and use cleaning supplies
- commitment to positive customer and staff interaction
Job Qualifications
- Minimum age of 21 years as per state law
- strong communication skills
- ability to follow drink mixing standards
- customer service experience preferred
- ability to work flexible schedules including nights and weekends
- ability to handle fast-paced work environments
- prior bartending experience is a plus
Job Duties
- Mix outstanding alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established standards
- interact warmly and professionally with customers and staff
- create a great bar experience ensuring customer satisfaction
- adhere to health and safety guidelines including wearing protective gear and using disinfectants
- transport plates, glasses, and baskets between the dining room, service bar, and kitchen
- communicate clearly with employees and dining room staff
- maintain a clean and organized bar area
