Job Requirements
- must be at least 21 years old
- ability to communicate clearly and listen attentively
- physical ability to remain stationary and exert mobility for up to four hours
- ability to lift and transport items up to 25 pounds
- ability to wear protective hand and face coverings throughout shift
- ability to work with disinfectant cleaning supplies
- frequent hand washing throughout shift
- flexible availability for work schedules
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- previous bartending or customer service experience preferred
- knowledge of beverage mixing techniques and drink recipes
- ability to stand and move for extended periods
- ability to lift up to 25 pounds safely
- must be at least 21 years old per state law
Job Duties
- mix alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established standards
- create a friendly and welcoming bar experience for guests and staff
- communicate effectively with team members and customers
- maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the bar area
- adhere to safety and health guidelines including wearing protective gear
- manage multiple drink orders efficiently during busy periods
- transport items such as plates and glasses between the kitchen, dining area, and service bar
