Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights and weekends
- Ability to remain stationary and exert mobility up to 4 hours
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds safely
- Willingness to wear protective face and hand coverings
- Ability to frequently wash hands and use disinfectants
- Must comply with health and safety protocols
Job Qualifications
- At least 21 years of age as required by state law
- Effective communication skills
- Prior experience in bartending or customer service preferred but not required
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Basic knowledge of mixing and preparing drinks
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Commitment to delivering excellent customer experience
Job Duties
- Mix outstanding alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established standards
- Maintain a friendly and professional attitude towards staff and customers
- Create an excellent bar experience by ensuring drink quality and service
- Communicate effectively with servers and other team members
- Follow safety and sanitation protocols including wearing protective coverings and frequent handwashing
- Transport plates, glasses, and baskets safely between dining areas and kitchen
- Adhere to all state and company regulations regarding the service of alcohol
