Job Requirements
- Must be 21+ years of age in order to serve alcoholic beverages
- Previous experience as a bartender in a restaurant or bar setting
- Knowledge of drink recipes, mixing techniques, and drink presentation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle cash transactions and use POS systems
- Familiarity with local alcohol regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-volume periods
- Attention to detail and excellent multitasking abilities
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take drink orders, provide recommendations, and engage in conversation to enhance the overall customer experience
- Verify the age of customers to ensure they meet legal requirements for alcohol service
- Adhere to local and state laws regarding the sale and service of alcoholic beverages
- Monitor customer behavior and intervene when necessary to prevent overconsumption
- Refuse service to customers showing signs of intoxication and handle such situations diplomatically
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring accurate measurement and consistency
- Maintain a clean and organized bar, wash glassware, utensils, and equipment
- Ensure the bar is well-stocked with necessary supplies and ingredients
- Collaborate with kitchen and serving staff for timely and coordinated service
- Stay updated on current trends in mixology and collaborate with colleagues to develop unique drink offerings
