Job Requirements
- Minimum 21 years old
- 2+ years of experience as a bartender or barback
- Food Handling Certificate
- TIPS certification
- Proficient in English (spoken and written)
- Strong math, organization, and multitasking skills
- Able to lift to 25 lbs or more and stand for 8-10 hours
- Experience with POS and basic computer systems
- Flexibility to work variable days, including weekends and holidays
- Flexibility to work variable shifts (days, nights)

Job Duties
- Greet guests, take orders, and serve drinks and food using upselling techniques
- Prepare beverages per recipe, including cocktails, coffee drinks, and wine service
- Manage bar setup, cleanliness, restocking, and closing duties
- Maintain inventory levels, track usage, place orders, and monitor waste
- Ensure compliance with liquor laws, health regulations, and safety standards
- Operate POS system, handle payments, and perform accurate cash handling duties
- Provide guest information about menu items and hotel services
- Handle guest complaints professionally to ensure satisfaction
- Assist with private events and other service areas as needed
