Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree GED
- one to three months related experience and or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- ServSafe certified or TIPS equivalent
- must meet state age requirements for handling alcoholic beverages
- ability to stand walk reach frequently and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
- excellent communication skills in English
- dependable and reliable attendance
- knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to alcoholic beverages
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree GED
- one to three months related experience and or training
- experience in restaurant point of sale POS systems such as POSITOUCH and MICROS preferred
- knowledge of wine spirits beer and current trends in industry and marketplace
- knowledge of cocktail recipes

- positive representation of the organization
- fluent in English speaking writing and understanding
- ability to meet state age requirements for handling alcoholic beverages

Job Duties
- Stocks bar
- mixes and serves alcoholic beverages
- assists in cost control inventory and maintaining inventory records
- assists department leaders with creation of seasonal cocktails and development of menu
- assists department leaders with social media schedule and creation of content
- maintains inventory control through conscientious use and careful monitoring
- communicates with management in a timely manner when supplies are needed
- ensures compliance with applicable state liquor laws and standard operating procedures
- communicates guest requests and concerns to the department manager
- performs opening and closing duties including inventory cash control cleaning and restocking
- accountable for checks and cash transactions
- utilizes point of sales system
- reviews banquet schedule for changes calendar of events and special events
- serves catered parties from service or portable bars
- occasionally serves meals to guests
- incorporates safe work practices in job performance
- regular and reliable attendance
- performs other duties as required
