Job Requirements
- 1-2 years of bartending experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions

- Ability to understand and follow both written and verbal instruction
Job Duties
- Ensures the dining experience is enjoyable through cheerful behavior and carefully following established procedures for merchandising, plate presentation and service
- Ability to communicate with residents and guests to take drink orders and provide service during their meal
- Accurately mix ingredients to prepare cocktails and other drinks
- Pour beer and wine
- Check identification of residents and guests to ensure they meet the age requirement to purchase alcohol
- Comply with all state of Florida liquor laws and trainings
- Able to determine when a customer has had too much alcohol
- Order and maintain liquor and bar supplies
- Clean up of bar and other areas
- Must be personable and maintain a positive pleasant demeanor at all times
- Able to promptly and accurately report any resident problems, inquiries, requests and/or concerns to the supervisor
- Able to accurately setup work station with all necessary items prior to the start of service
- Ability to accurately prioritize work
- Keep all equipment clean and sanitized
- Communicate with manager about any out of stock items
- Make menu changes only with the consent of the manager or supervisor
- Handle glasses, food/equipment efficiently and effectively
- Report any faulty equipment in need of repair
- Answer phone and take messages for take out orders
- Substitute for any server position for dining venues when needed
- Function with minimal supervision
- Set up and break down of dining room
- Maintain clean and professional appearance
- Adheres to company policies and procedures
- Attend departmental education and all required in-service training/education
- Maintain confidentiality of resident/family and facility information
- Respond to all fire alarms and assist in the evacuation of residents when needed
- Represent the organization through professional demeanor and attitude
- Provide quality customer service in all interactions with residents, guests and staff
- Perform other duties as required
