Job Requirements
- must be at least 21 years old per state law
- ability to remain stationary and mobile for up to four hours
- ability to lift up to 25 pounds safely
- ability to bend, stoop, and reach frequently
- ability to communicate clearly and listen attentively
- comply with safety protocols including wearing protective gear
- willingness to wash hands frequently throughout the shift
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior bartending or related hospitality experience preferred
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- knowledge of beverage mixing techniques
- friendly and approachable demeanor
- ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Job Duties
- mix outstanding alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- communicate effectively with staff and customers
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- create a positive and engaging atmosphere for guests
- follow safety and hygiene protocols
- transport plates, glasses, and baskets between dining room, bar, and kitchen
- adhere to company standards and policies
