Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior bartending or related experience preferred
Must be of legal drinking age
Ability to stand for extended periods
Strong attention to detail
Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Must be able to handle cash and alcohol inventory responsibly

Job Qualifications

Outgoing and personable nature
Experience preparing alcoholic beverages
Familiarity with state liquor laws
Strong salesmanship and upselling skills
Ability to handle cash responsibly
Knowledge of sanitation and cleanliness standards
Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment

Job Duties

Taking orders and preparing alcoholic beverages
Using proper glassware, garnishes, and recipes
Salesmanship / upselling
Upholding and enforcing state liquor laws
Being responsible for large amounts of cash and alcohol
Maintaining good sanitation, cleanliness and organization
Showing concern for cost and inventory
Demonstrating fun and excitement
Recognizing 1st time guest
Maintaining a safe and responsible bar
