Job Requirements

High school diploma or GED required
Bartending school recommended but experience may substitute
Minimum one year bartending experience
Knowledge of all cocktails, beers, wines and non-alcoholic drinks
Good communication and cash handling skills
Valid Washington State food handler's card
Neat, clean, professional appearance
Ability to work well with customers and coworkers
Able to stand for longer than 8 hours
Able to lift 50 lbs
Tolerate smoke filled environment
Mobility to climb stairs regularly
Must work all scheduled shifts including day, swing, graveyard and holidays
Obtain Class III B gaming license
Pre-employment drug testing required
Indian preference applies in hiring according to Puyallup Tribe policies

Job Qualifications

One year experience bartending
Ability to mix all standard cocktails, beers, wines and non-alcoholic drinks
Good communication skills
Cash handling proficiency
Valid Washington State food handler's card
Professional and neat appearance
Ability to work well with customers and coworkers

Job Duties

Mix and serve cocktails, beers, wines and non-alcoholic beverages
Maintain a clean and well-stocked bar area
Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
Track inventory and report stock levels
Support team operations including barback duties as needed
Provide exceptional customer service and engage with guests professionally
Uphold the high standards of safety and cleanliness
