Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in bartending or similar role preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Knowledge of state and local alcohol laws
- Capability to maintain cleanliness and organization in the bar area
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
- Must be at least the legal age to serve alcohol in the applicable jurisdiction
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous bartending experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of drink recipes and beverage preparation
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Responsible alcohol service knowledge
- Ability to handle cash and payment systems accurately
Job Duties
- Efficiently lead bar service ensuring a memorable guest experience that aligns with our hospitality standards
- Utilize extensive food and beverage knowledge to recommend favorites and craft perfect beverages
- Anticipate guest needs process orders and handle payments promptly and hospitably
- Adhere to state and local laws safe food practices and recipe guidelines while maintaining a clean bar area
