Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- High school education
- Minimum one-year experience in the restaurant or customer service industry preferred
- Tuesday evening availability is a must
- Ability to stand and move for up to five hours at a time
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds
- Knowledge of cocktails, beer, and wine
- Ability to handle POS systems accurately
- Excellent interpersonal skills
Job Qualifications
- High school education
- Minimum one-year experience in the restaurant or customer service industry preferred
- Knowledge of cocktails, beer, and wine including recipes and base ingredients
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including Tuesday evenings
- Excellent multitasking and organizational skills
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, and wine according to recipes and standards
- Present the drink menu and make recommendations to Guests
- Take food and drink orders and enter them accurately into the POS system
- Serve guests promptly and check in with them regarding their experience
- Upsell beverages whenever possible to increase sales
- Maintain bar inventory and assist in restocking supplies
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing and sterilizing glassware
