Job Requirements
- Six months of relevant beverage service experience preferred
- knowledge of basic arithmetic and cash handling procedures
- working knowledge of sanitation practices
- ability to mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- maturity to maintain order and discipline

Job Duties
- Provide beverage service in dining room and bar/lounge facilities
- prepare and mix a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in beverage service areas
- handle cash and compute change quickly and accurately
- monitor and maintain order and discipline within the service area
- ensure compliance with all applicable health and safety regulations
- assist in setting up and breaking down service areas
