Job Requirements
- Must be a minimum of 21 years of age
- 1-2 years bartending experience in a high-volume environment
- knowledge of basic bar procedures

Job Duties
- Mix and serve traditional and established alcoholic beverage menu items
- prepare and serve all alcoholic beverages by precisely measuring pour volume according to established alcohol service
- serve all alcoholic beverages responsibly by adhering to alcohol service guidelines and verifying age requirements
- organize, maintain, and accurately record inventory of liquor, beer, wine, and sellable beverages
- take food and beverage orders, make recommendations and upsell daily specials
- collaborate with kitchen staff and Server Assistants to ensure timely delivery of orders and communicate dietary restrictions
- deliver professional, courteous, and efficient service to guests
- present checks and settle payments accurately and timely
- complete all station setup, breakdown, and cleaning duties
- maintain knowledge of restaurant updates, operational guidelines, and special offerings
- support team members to ensure high-quality guest service
- adhere to sanitation, safety, and alcohol control policies
- practice social distancing, mask use, glove use, and sanitization as per Food & Beverage Department standards
- other supervisory tasks as assigned
