Job Requirements

  • Must be a minimum of 21 years of age
  • 1-2 years bartending experience in a high-volume environment
  • knowledge of basic bar procedures

Job Duties

  • Mix and serve traditional and established alcoholic beverage menu items
  • prepare and serve all alcoholic beverages by precisely measuring pour volume according to established alcohol service
  • serve all alcoholic beverages responsibly by adhering to alcohol service guidelines and verifying age requirements
  • organize, maintain, and accurately record inventory of liquor, beer, wine, and sellable beverages
  • take food and beverage orders, make recommendations and upsell daily specials
  • collaborate with kitchen staff and Server Assistants to ensure timely delivery of orders and communicate dietary restrictions
  • deliver professional, courteous, and efficient service to guests
  • present checks and settle payments accurately and timely
  • complete all station setup, breakdown, and cleaning duties
  • maintain knowledge of restaurant updates, operational guidelines, and special offerings
  • support team members to ensure high-quality guest service
  • adhere to sanitation, safety, and alcohol control policies
  • practice social distancing, mask use, glove use, and sanitization as per Food & Beverage Department standards
  • other supervisory tasks as assigned
