Job Duties
- Prepare and serve expertly crafted cocktails and drinks that embody the brewhouse soul
- Connect Guests to the brewhouse escape by using expertise of BJ's beverage and food pairings, making recommendations that exhilarate the taste buds
- Craft fun memorable moments with expert execution of craft beverage recipes, beer and wine service techniques
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area to ensure efficient service
- Engage with Guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing exceptional customer service
- Monitor alcohol consumption of guests to promote responsible drinking
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth bar operations
