Job Requirements
- You are at least 21 years of age
- You are dependable and punctual
- You have the ability to communicate clearly in English both verbally and in writing
- You have basic knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits
- You adhere to all applicable state health and/or alcohol compliance requirements including licensing or certification where applicable
- You can stand and walk for the entire shift
- You are able to manage a cash drawer and transactions on a point-of-sale system
- You are adaptable to change and thrive in a dynamic environment
Job Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits
- Familiarity with standard drink recipes
- Strong communication skills in English
- Ability to stand and walk for 100% of the shift
- Experience in multitasking and organizational skills
- Ability to manage cash transactions accurately
- Knowledge of state health and alcohol compliance regulations
Job Duties
- Ensure the bar is safe by checking IDs and cutting off guests responsibly
- Maintain a steady flow of drinks at the bar by managing inventory and multitasking
- Make quality spirits, beers, and cocktails following the extensive drink menu
- Work with a smile and positive attitude to create a great atmosphere
- Manage cash drawer and all point-of-sale transactions accurately
- Adhere to all applicable state health and alcohol compliance requirements
- Collaborate with team members to provide excellent customer service
