Job Requirements
- must be TABC certified
- servsafe or similar food handler's certificate may be required depending upon store location
- ability to maintain cleanliness and organization
- excellent customer service skills
- ability to work flexible schedules
- proficiency with point of sale systems
- ability to work as part of a team
Job Qualifications
- TABC certification required
- Servsafe or similar Food Handler's Certificate may be required depending on location
- experience in bartending or similar customer service role preferred
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- knowledge of beverage preparation and mixology
Job Duties
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness throughout the bar and lounge areas
- ensure all necessary items are stocked including beer, wine, liquor, garnishes, plateware, silverware, and glassware
- suggestively sell guests appropriate food and beverage items using menus and promotional materials
- utilize and follow Perry's Restaurants' 40 steps of service to ensure guest satisfaction
- properly enter and order all food and beverage items into the Aloha Point of Sale system
