Job Requirements
- Be 21 years of age or older
- have one to two years of prior bartending experience
- possess positive energy and the ability to work well in a team
- have effective communication skills
- maintain a flexible schedule to cover days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- be able to stand and walk constantly with occasional stooping, kneeling, pushing, pulling, or lifting
- comply with all health and safety standards
Job Qualifications
- One to two years of prior bartending experience
- strong communication skills to interact effectively with managers, employees, and guests
- positive energy and willingness to assist fellow support staff and work as a team player
- knowledge of menu offerings and ability to accurately answer guest inquiries
- ability to follow standard drink recipes and maintain quality and consistency
- competence in handling payments and reporting gratuities according to IRS standards
- flexibility to work various shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Create, prepare, garnish, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks consistent with the restaurant’s standard drink recipes while tending to bar patrons
- receive orders and serve food to guests dining at the bar
- maintain bottles and glasses in an attractive and functional manner and assist the restocking and replenishment of bar inventory and supplies in addition to required side work
- always remain educated on our menu offerings and respond promptly to any requests or questions about our menus, dietary restrictions and other restaurant functions and services
- prepare and present final bill, process payment, and report all gratuities received to comply with the IRS standards of reporting income
