Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Ability to remain stationary and exert mobility for up to four hours
- Ability to safely lift up to 25 pounds frequently
- Ability to transport plates, glasses, and baskets multiple times per shift
- Ability to wear protective hand coverings and face masks as required
- Ability to wash hands frequently with disinfecting soap
- Commitment to making a positive impact through effective communication and teamwork
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years old per state law
- Ability to communicate clearly and listen attentively
- Previous bartending or customer service experience preferred
- Knowledge of drink mixing and bar operations
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer-oriented approach
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to wear protective equipment throughout shift
Job Duties
- Mix alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company standards
- Provide friendly and efficient service to customers and staff
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers
- Handle and transport items such as plates, glasses, and baskets safely
- Follow health and safety protocols including wearing protective coverings and washing hands frequently
- Create a welcoming and enjoyable bar experience
