Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Ability to remain stationary and exert well-paced mobility for up to four hours
- Ability to safely reach, bend, stoop, and lift up to 25 pounds frequently
- Ability to transport plates, glasses, and baskets multiple times per shift
- Clear speech and attentive listening skills
- Ability to wear protective hand coverings and face masks as required
- Ability to work with disinfectant cleaning supplies
- Frequent hand washing throughout the shift
Job Qualifications
- Minimum age of 21 years as per state law
- Ability to communicate effectively with others
- Prior bartending or customer service experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills and positive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to cleanliness and safety protocols
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company
Job Duties
- Mix alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes
- Provide friendly and efficient service to customers and staff
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Communicate effectively with servers and team members to deliver a great bar experience
- Handle cash and process payments accurately
- Monitor inventory and restock bar supplies as needed
