Job Requirements
- Must be of legal age to serve/sell alcohol
- Completion of legally required state or local training and obtaining required certificates
- Completion of Regal Responsible Beverage Server training on Regal Online University
- Knowledge of all emergency, evacuation and robbery procedures
- Compliance with all local, state and federal food safety laws
- Knowledge and compliance with dress code
- Ability to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach, talk and hear frequently during work
- Occasionally able to lift up to 60 pounds
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of cast certification program as a cast member and as a concessionist or progress towards completion
- Good public speaking skills
- Ability to listen effectively and respond clearly and directly
- Ability to perform calculations with speed and accuracy
- Ability to identify problems and evaluate relevant information
- Excellent communication skills with customers, co-workers and management
- Ability to set priorities and achieve objectives
Job Duties
- Preparation of all alcoholic beverages as per company directions
- Knowledge of and adherence to all laws and legal obligations regarding the serving of alcohol
- Ensure required alcohol certification and training are current
- Regular and consistent attendance
- Knowledge of all coupons and on-going promotions
- Knowledge of and promotion of Crown Club Program
- Exceptional guest service skills
