Job Requirements

Standing 100 percent of shift
Frequent bending, stooping, reaching, and wiping
Ability to operate POS system, make change, and complete credit card transactions accurately
Ability to account for all money at shift end
Able to deliver food, beverages, and bar items which may require lifting up to 50 pounds
Frequent immersion of hands in water

Job Qualifications

Ability to write and read English
Good communication skills
Friendly and people-oriented
Enthusiastic, dependable, courteous
Able to multitask
Basic math skills
Completion and passing of RAMP and/or TIPS certification per state requirements if applicable

Job Duties

Provide warm and friendly service to each guest from greeting to end of experience
Possess proficient knowledge of menu and explain choices, promotions, and events
Prepare drinks according to established recipes
Ring up food and time delivery to guest request
Follow up after food delivery to ensure accuracy
Maintain bar cleanliness and pre-buss as appropriate
Follow alcohol awareness procedures to identify age and prevent intoxication
