Job Requirements

Meet minimum age requirements and be authorized to work in the United States
Ability to bend, reach, squat, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
Capability to stand for 8 to 12 hour shifts
Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting with attention to detail and multitasking skills
Willingness to comply with all safety and food hygiene regulations

Job Qualifications

Previous experience in bartending or customer service
Basic knowledge of drink recipes and bar equipment
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Attention to detail and ability to multitask
High school diploma or equivalent
Willingness to follow company policies and standards

Job Duties

Welcome customers and greet them with a smile as they are seated
Prepare the bar including pour stations and glassware before opening
Restock limited beverages, mixes, and garnishes as needed
Suggest selling beverages, appetizers, and desserts
Prepare all beverages according to standard using recipe, glassware, and garnish
Accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them correctly in the POS system
Ensure customers are well attended to, offer drink refills, and clear any unused items
Deliver and settle the check timely, thank customers and invite them to return
Follow all food safety regulations
