Job Requirements

  • Meet minimum age requirements and be authorized to work in the United States
  • Ability to bend, reach, squat, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
  • Capability to stand for 8 to 12 hour shifts
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting with attention to detail and multitasking skills
  • Willingness to comply with all safety and food hygiene regulations

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in bartending or customer service
  • Basic knowledge of drink recipes and bar equipment
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Willingness to follow company policies and standards

Job Duties

  • Welcome customers and greet them with a smile as they are seated
  • Prepare the bar including pour stations and glassware before opening
  • Restock limited beverages, mixes, and garnishes as needed
  • Suggest selling beverages, appetizers, and desserts
  • Prepare all beverages according to standard using recipe, glassware, and garnish
  • Accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them correctly in the POS system
  • Ensure customers are well attended to, offer drink refills, and clear any unused items
  • Deliver and settle the check timely, thank customers and invite them to return
  • Follow all food safety regulations
