Job Requirements
- Meet the state’s age requirement for serving alcohol
- Flexible schedule required including weekends and holidays
- Complete T.I.P.s or ServSafe Alcohol training within 90 days of employment unless state requires earlier
- Able to lift or move objects weighing up to 25 pounds
Job Qualifications
- Experience in hospitality
- Knowledge of cocktail preparation preferred
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Completion of T.I.P.s or ServSafe Alcohol training preferred
Job Duties
- Ensure a smooth and timely experience for all guests by providing exceptional customer service
- Become knowledgeable about menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods
- Prepare and serve cocktails, non-alcoholic beverages, and food to patrons
- Take food and beverage orders and process payments
- Replenish and prepare supplies as needed
