Job Requirements

Must be physically able to lift objects weighing 5 to 15 pounds frequently
Must be able to push and pull objects weighing 10 to 20 pounds
Must occasionally lift objects over 40 pounds
Must obtain Food Handler's Certificate
Must provide proof of eligibility by the closing date
Experience in mixing alcoholic beverages
Must communicate effectively with the public
No education substitution for experience
Flexible hours with no guaranteed minimum

Job Qualifications

Experience mixing alcoholic beverages for retail sale
Knowledge of a wide variety of beverages and drink mixing techniques
Ability to recognize and manage intoxicated or unruly patrons
Skill in cash handling procedures
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to obtain Food Handler's Certificate

Job Duties

Mix alcoholic beverages for retail sale
Combine ingredients such as liquors, soda water, sugar, bitters, and fruit to create drinks
Recognize intoxicated or unruly patrons and resolve issues or seek assistance
Follow cash handling procedures
Communicate clearly and interact effectively with the public
Obtain and maintain Food Handler's Certificate
Lift and move objects as required by physical demands of the job
