- 1-2 years experience as a bartender in a high-volume environment

Job Duties
- Mix and serve traditional and established alcoholic beverage menu items
- prepare and serve all alcohol beverages by precisely measuring pour volume
- serve alcoholic beverages responsibly by adhering to age and responsible alcohol service guidelines
- organize, maintain, and record inventory of liquor, beer, wine, and other beverages
- take food and beverage orders, make recommendations, and upsell daily specials
- collaborate with kitchen staff and server assistants for prompt and accurate order delivery
- provide professional, courteous, and efficient guest service
- present guests with checks and process payments accurately
- complete all station setup, breakdown, and cleaning duties
- maintain knowledge of menu updates, operational guidelines, and service hours
- support team members to ensure high quality service
- adhere to sanitation, safety, and alcohol control policies
- follow responsible alcohol service practices
- comply with Food & Beverage Department safety and sanitation standards including social distancing, mask usage, glove use, cleaning high contact surfaces, and frequent handwashing
- perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors and managers
