Job Requirements

- Must have six months of experience preferred
- Must possess knowledge of basic arithmetic and cash handling procedures
- Must have working knowledge of sanitation practices
- Must be mature and able to control large groups
- Must possess skill to mix and serve a variety of beverages

Job Duties
- Provide beverage service in the dining room bar and lounge facility
- Mix and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain sanitation practices and procedures
- Exercise control over large groups to ensure order and discipline
- Ensure compliance with safety and legal standards
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of bar supplies
