Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
- must have or be able to obtain any required local or state alcohol service permits
- must have availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- previous bartending or food and beverage experience preferred
- must demonstrate professionalism, a positive attitude, and a commitment to excellent guest service
- must be punctual, reliable, and able to work independently or as part of a team

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages responsibly and efficiently
- open and close the bar according to company procedures
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including bussing and sanitizing tables, counters, and glassware
- monitor inventory levels, restock supplies, and communicate needs to the Lead Bartender
- verify guest identification and ensure all alcohol service complies with local and company policies, including monitoring portion sizes and preventing over-serving
- assist with maintaining a friendly and inviting bar atmosphere
- communicate effectively with the Lead Bartender and management to address guest needs or issues promptly
- work collaboratively with team members across departments
