Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • must have or be able to obtain any required local or state alcohol service permits
  • must have availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • previous bartending or food and beverage experience preferred
  • must demonstrate professionalism, a positive attitude, and a commitment to excellent guest service
  • must be punctual, reliable, and able to work independently or as part of a team

Job Duties

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages responsibly and efficiently
  • open and close the bar according to company procedures
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including bussing and sanitizing tables, counters, and glassware
  • monitor inventory levels, restock supplies, and communicate needs to the Lead Bartender
  • verify guest identification and ensure all alcohol service complies with local and company policies, including monitoring portion sizes and preventing over-serving
  • assist with maintaining a friendly and inviting bar atmosphere
  • communicate effectively with the Lead Bartender and management to address guest needs or issues promptly
  • work collaboratively with team members across departments
