Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
ability to work a variety of hours and shifts including weekends
physical ability to stand and walk for entire shifts
capacity to lift and move up to 50 pounds occasionally
ability to work in a fast-paced, crowded environment
good communication skills
willingness to complete alcohol awareness training
compliance with all safety and sanitation guidelines
ability to work as part of a team
reliable and punctual

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
prior bartending or related experience preferred
excellent communication and interpersonal skills
ability to multitask efficiently in a busy environment
knowledge of beverage recipes and bar tools
ability to work flexible hours including weekends
strong customer service orientation
ability to safely handle bar equipment and maintain cleanliness
proficiency with POS systems is a plus

Job Duties

Prepare and serve beverages to guests according to recipes
stock and restock appropriate areas of the bar with alcohol, glassware, ice and supplies
available to work a variety of hours, days and shifts, including weekends
effectively service a full bar top, cocktail station, and dining room orders
safely and effectively transport food or beverages to a table of three in a single trip
ability to safely tolerate hands being exposed to liquids frequently, including water, cleaning solutions, alcohol, various juices and other liquids
safely and effectively use and operate all necessary tools and equipment, including knives and blenders
