Job Requirements
- Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) use as required
- follow health and safety guidelines
- ability to stand or walk for extended periods
- ability to reach, lift, bend and carry 50 lbs
- previous restaurant experience
- at least two years bartending or serving experience with liquor

- TIPs or equivalent certification
Job Duties
- Answers questions regarding food and drink preparation and ingredients
- takes orders accurately and provides service in a timely and friendly manner
- makes and serves all types of alcoholic beverages properly according to recipe
- merchandises and suggestively sells all menu items
- understands and promotes all specials and coupons
- follows responsible alcohol service procedures
- collects payment for all items served following established accounting procedures
- ensures all monies and bar registers are balanced
- assists staff in bar knowledge including proper glassware and garnish
- demonstrates teamwork by assisting other employees during busy shifts
- observes guests to respond to additional needs
- keeps managers informed on concerns and suggests alternative actions
- performs all duties in compliance with company policies
- maintains favorable work relationships with employees
- provides a favorable image of Buddy's Pizza
- applies all sanitation and safety procedures
- performs other duties as required or requested
