Job Requirements
- Must be of minimum age to serve alcohol
- ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- ability to obtain relevant state and local government certifications such as food handler or alcohol training certificates
- one year experience in the foodservice or hospitality industry as a bartender preferred
- superior professional appearance and manner
- good character to work in a fast-paced team
- good knowledge of spirits, beer, and wine

Job Duties
- Assisting guests in beverage and drink preparation
- servicing of the bar area and the restaurant efficiently and timely
- relating with guests about their needs and satisfaction to ensure high-quality service
- being knowledgeable about all drink offerings to assist guests in their choices
- contributing to improving food and beverage sales by promoting drinks, cocktails, specials and prices
- accurately and quickly taking, placing orders and inputting them into the Micros system
- preparing guest checks accurately and collecting payment or signatures
- operating, maintaining and properly cleaning all bar equipment and fittings
- ensuring the bar is well-stocked at all times
- using safe food handling procedures and maintaining a safe working environment
