Job Requirements

Must be of minimum age to serve alcohol
ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
ability to obtain relevant state and local government certifications such as food handler or alcohol training certificates
one year experience in the foodservice or hospitality industry as a bartender preferred
superior professional appearance and manner
good character to work in a fast-paced team
good knowledge of spirits, beer, and wine

Job Duties

Assisting guests in beverage and drink preparation
servicing of the bar area and the restaurant efficiently and timely
relating with guests about their needs and satisfaction to ensure high-quality service
being knowledgeable about all drink offerings to assist guests in their choices
contributing to improving food and beverage sales by promoting drinks, cocktails, specials and prices
accurately and quickly taking, placing orders and inputting them into the Micros system
preparing guest checks accurately and collecting payment or signatures
operating, maintaining and properly cleaning all bar equipment and fittings
ensuring the bar is well-stocked at all times
using safe food handling procedures and maintaining a safe working environment
