Job Requirements

Eligible to work in the United States
Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required with or without accommodations
Availability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Sufficient education and literacy to read product labels and communicate with guests

Job Qualifications

Experience bartending in a restaurant or hotel setting preferred
Strong knowledge of mixology and beverage preparation
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
Basic math skills for handling cash and inventory tracking
Team player with a positive attitude and professional demeanor
High school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties

Mix and serve a variety of beverages including innovative cocktails
Manage and maintain bar inventory and supplies
Ensure cleanliness and organization of the bar area at all times
Provide exceptional customer service and engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner
Collaborate with Beverage Manager or Restaurant Manager to meet service standards
Follow all safety, sanitation, and alcohol service policies
Assist in training new bar staff and supporting team efforts
