Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • Experience bartending in a restaurant or hotel setting preferred
  • Strong knowledge of mixology and beverage preparation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
  • Basic math skills for handling cash and inventory tracking
  • Team player with a positive attitude and professional demeanor
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties

  • Mix and serve a variety of beverages including innovative cocktails
  • Manage and maintain bar inventory and supplies
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of the bar area at all times
  • Provide exceptional customer service and engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Collaborate with Beverage Manager or Restaurant Manager to meet service standards
  • Follow all safety, sanitation, and alcohol service policies
  • Assist in training new bar staff and supporting team efforts
