Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Legal drinking age as required by location
- Relevant bartending certifications where applicable
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Good physical stamina

Job Duties
- Handcraft imaginative cocktails and non-alcoholic drinks to company standards
- Serve guests responsibly while providing attentive and friendly service
- Guide guests through menus and provide beverage and food recommendations
- Take accurate orders and ensure timely delivery of drinks
- Maintain cleanliness and ensure the bar is well stocked
- Adhere to health and safety standards including sanitation and team member wellness
- Build guest loyalty by creating a welcoming and memorable experience
